Who runs ClockOrbit

ClockOrbit is built, owned, and operated by Vikas D, based in London, United Kingdom, who is the data controller for the limited personal data described below. For any privacy question or data request, email privacy@clockorbit.com.

What we collect

• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic such as page views, referrers, and device categories. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland it loads only after you accept analytics cookies; until then it is disabled.
• Usability analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity for aggregate heatmaps and session replays that show how pages are used, such as clicks and scrolls. Clarity masks the text you type, and it loads only after you accept analytics cookies; in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland nothing is recorded until then.
• Cookieless traffic analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visit counts such as page views, referrers, and countries. It sets no cookies, does no cross-site tracking, and collects no personal data, so it runs for all visitors without requiring consent.
• Newsletter email addresses, only if you submit them. Used to send the weekly "best meeting times" digest. Unsubscribe link in every email.
• Anonymous tool counters. When you use a tool we may increment a daily counter so we can see which tools are popular. We do not store your inputs, results, IPs, or device fingerprints.

How we use information

We use collected information to operate the site, send requested email, prevent newsletter abuse, understand aggregate usage, improve page performance, and keep time and date tools reliable. We do not sell newsletter addresses, tool inputs, or support messages. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not submit it through ClockOrbit tools or contact replies.

Cookies

ClockOrbit serves Google AdSense ads, which set cookies for ad personalisation. You can opt out via Google Ads Settings or browser-level controls.

Google and its partners may use cookies, advertising identifiers, or similar technologies to serve ads, measure ad performance, limit repeated ads, and, where permitted, personalise advertising. Google Analytics sets a first-party cookie to measure aggregate traffic, and Microsoft Clarity sets first-party cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) to link a session for usability analysis. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland both are set only after you accept. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland we ask for your consent before any ad cookie is set, and no ad request is made until you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: manage cookie settings.

Third-party services

• Google AdSense provides display advertising and may process ad-related cookies or identifiers.
• Google Analytics 4 provides aggregate traffic measurement and may set analytics cookies once you consent.
• Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session replays to improve usability; it sets cookies and loads only after you consent.
• Resend sends newsletter confirmation and delivery emails when email sending is configured.
• Cloudflare provides DNS and privacy-first, cookieless Web Analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent required).
• Our hosting provider serves the site and may process technical server logs needed to deliver and secure it.

Embedded widgets

When ClockOrbit widgets are embedded on third-party sites, we log anonymous impressions (timestamp, parent host) to track widget installs. No personal data is collected from your visit to those pages.

Your rights

Under GDPR and UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold (essentially: your newsletter subscription). Use the contact instructions on the contact page. You may also unsubscribe from newsletter email using the link in each message.
